My Statement:
This piece called "A Nature's Walk" is a poster aimed to bring the community together on what would be Earth Day of 2019 (looked it up). I made this piece through sketching the poster on paper and using Adobe Illustrator to further add color and detail to it. The big idea comes form my mood board that focuses mainly on nature and thought that an event on Earth Day at a park would sound like a cool idea. Some goals I had were to be able to add detail to the poster and to be able to make the poster readable. I thought I did well with making the poster being readable, but the detail sort of lacked only because I somewhat had trouble working with what things were grouped based on the illustrator's interpretation of the poster. Other than that, this project being the last one ended out pretty good.
